Elevator Pitch
There are two TX state agencies that house all price and production information for oil a gas. Our Data engineers connected the railroad commission and the comptroller’s public data in a geospatial system. This system combines the data with a variable price index of WTI and Henry Hub to create map-based reporting software.
Startup Journey
In 2022, I was approached by a current oil industry client, which we built a small subscription webiste in 2014, about the feasibility of a geospatial oil and gas marketing system. My agency assessed the task, and determined that we could combine multiple state agencies public data and variable pricing index to create Wellheadprice. In 2023 we created Wellhead LLC and we are 1 month away from MVP after hiring an overseas development team.
