Our interactive simulator lets users practice ad management and learn to make data-driven decisions, while our AI audience builder creates optimized Meta-specific audiences and predicts campaign performance based on budget. Running ads incorrectly costs 4000% more than if you know what you are doing. By empowering business owners to run smarter, more effective ad campaigns, SiMMY maximizes ROI and levels the playing field in digital marketing.

Revenue Model

The main revenue model for SiMMY is a subscription-based model, offering tiered plans for access to the audience builder and performance predictor; with a enterprise level option. Additional revenue comes from one-time fees for the knowledge base and training simulator.

Startup Journey

For years, I’ve been teaching business owners how to manage their own ads correctly and through that experience, I noticed commonalities in knowledge gaps. The idea for SiMMY came as a way to scale teaching aspect of my business. I met my tech lead, Sabeeha, last summer and she has been instrumental in building the rest of the team. She sourced and conducted a tech specific interview for our now software developer, Manish. With their help, we were able to add 3 more members to the team that specialize in AI and Machine Learning.

We have validated that our solution is desired and we have early looks of an MVP. Our greatest needs are funding to invest directly into continued development and SAAS expert advice.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our go-to-market plan focuses on targeting Shopify-based e-commerce businesses by way of Meta and Google ads as well as being a Shopify partner. We’ll onboard early adopters via our existing waiting list, use beta testing to refine features, and leverage user feedback and word-of-mouth to drive growth through digital channels.

Potential Exit

There are two potential exit profiles.

  1. An existing digital ads platform like Meta. This tool does not compete with their current offering but has potential to help increase ad spend.
  2. Firms that focus on SMBs like MailChimp or CapitalOne. Would be an incentive for customers to sign up.
