Signal meters are devices that record and document the radio frequency signals that are always being transmitted from cellular network towers to smartphones and other internet enabled devices. This data that is being recorded by the signal meters is then articulated by experts and released to the public via a digital application where by members of the public can assess them through their smartphones. I recently discovered that we (as in internet users) cannot tell how much network signals is being transmitted by the network providers, therefore we are unable to know what the signal weather looks like.
