Startup Journey

Senior Connect began with a mission to address the overlooked potential of professionals aged 50+ who struggle to find fulfilling work, despite their experience. I saw firsthand how skilled seniors were often excluded from traditional hiring processes. That’s why we came together to create a solution that uses technology to match senior talent with companies facing skill gaps.

We validated our idea through a successful accelerator in Silicon Valley, where we received positive feedback on our AI-powered matching technology. Since then, we’ve built an intuitive platform tailored for senior users and launched pilot partnerships with companies needing skilled, experienced hires.

Our greatest need is to expand our network of partner companies and enhance our AI capabilities to scale our impact. Senior Connect aims to redefine the future of work by creating a truly inclusive, multi-generational workforce.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our go-to-market plan focuses on partnerships with companies facing talent shortages, direct outreach to HR leaders, and collaborations with senior advocacy organizations. We’ll acquire customers via B2B sales, leveraging LinkedIn marketing and industry events. 
We already have a talentpool of 100.000 Senior Professionals. 

Potential Exit

Potential exits include acquisition by major HR tech companies (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) or workforce solutions firms looking to expand into age-inclusive hiring and AI-driven recruitment.
