Startup Journey

Ovarc was born from our experience running a service company that supported customers globally, helping them navigate incorporation, HR, and logistics challenges in emerging markets. The demand from companies across industries validated the need for a scalable SaaS platform to streamline these services.


Sherry, with deep expertise in operations and logistics, led the effort to address these pain points, while Harty, a technical co-founder, designed a scalable, AI-powered platform to simplify compliance and operations.


The team combined their expertise and insights to create Ovarc, focusing on Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Africa, where the demand for localized solutions is growing. Our MVP builds on the success of the previous service model, providing customers with an all-in-one, automated platform.


We’ve already secured early partnerships and initial customers. With funding, we’ll scale our team, enhance the platform, and expand our reach to meet growing demand.

Ovarc’s go-to-market plan focuses on strategic partnerships with accelerators (e.g., Flat6Labs, 500 Global) and direct outreach to startups in target regions. We leverage referrals, content marketing, and localized campaigns to acquire customers.
