Kiwi is a preventative healthcare app empowering women with personalized tools to monitor reproductive health, prevent complications, and improve outcomes across all life stages.
Women, especially minorities, face disproportionately high risks during and after pregnancy due to preventable conditions like preeclampsia and heart issues. Kiwi is a preventative healthcare app focused on bridging this gap. By combining personalized health tracking, AI-driven insights, and education, Kiwi empowers women with the knowledge and tools to monitor their reproductive health proactively. Unlike traditional care that reacts to crises, Kiwi provides early intervention, ensuring better outcomes and saving lives. With a sleek, inclusive design for women aged 12 to 65, Kiwi delivers an innovative, holistic approach to women’s health—because no woman should lose her life to preventable issues.
Kiwi reduces costly hospital stays through early intervention, helping insurers lower claims costs by preventing conditions like preeclampsia. By improving outcomes and driving savings, Kiwi is a valuable investment in preventative care.
Kiwi was inspired by my personal passion for addressing the alarming maternal mortality rates among minority women. As the sole founder, I’ve leveraged my background in healthcare strategy and technology to create a solution focused on preventative care. While the team is in development, I’ve conducted extensive research, including interviews with healthcare providers and women impacted by pregnancy complications, to validate the demand for Kiwi. Prototypes and user feedback have shaped our app’s features, ensuring relevance and usability. To launch successfully, we need funding for advanced development, partnerships with insurers, and a robust marketing strategy to reach our target users.
Kiwi’s go-to-market plan includes partnerships with insurers and healthcare providers, targeting their members as primary users. We’ll leverage social media, influencer marketing, and community health organizations to build awareness. A subscription model and strategic employer partnerships will drive adoption, supported by a strong digital presence and direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns.
Kiwi’s potential exits include acquisition by major health insurers, digital health platforms, or tech companies focused on health innovation. Likely acquirers include UnitedHealth Group, CVS Health, or Amazon Care, as they seek scalable solutions for preventative care, reducing costs, and improving health outcomes in underserved populations.
