JustJam helps musicians and venues find each other to create and book paid gigs 10X faster.

Elevator Pitch

The $21B U.S. live music industry is in crisis, with musicians struggling to find gigs and 13% of independent live music venues closing in two years. JustJam is a local-first platform connecting venues, event organizers, and individuals to nearby musicians via an interactive map. Like Uber for live music, JustJam makes booking easy, creates new revenue streams, and revitalizes local music communities with cash inflow while helping venues regain profitability.

Revenue Model

JustJam employs a commission-based revenue model for musician bookings for events. Within the application musicians transact with one another and have account upgrades to increase their chances of getting hired or to improve the rate of collaboration in their music scene.

Startup Journey

As a musician with over 20 years of experience, I’ve lived the challenges we’re solving. Over time, I’ve assembled a team driven by a shared vision for meaningful change. We’ve validated our concept by organizing DIY events, working in the industry, and analyzing the market. Our efforts have organically built a network of 12,000 musicians in DFW, demonstrating the demand for a unifying platform. With a cash injection, we’re ready to launch revenue-generating activities and take the platform to market.

Go-To-Market Plan

We will activate thousands of local and regional musicians to spread the application through existing organic networks. JustJam incentivizes promotional sales activity leveraging partnerships with local businesses and venues. JustJam onboards customer segments in a land-and-expand strategy. Existing customers are encouraged to share the application driven by it’s social momentum.

Potential Exit

The exit strategy is three-fold: Positioned for acquisition by larger technology firms, merge with one of numerous national live music organizations or go public. Our target inflection points establish a value-growth model within the live music and tech markets, creating staying power to expand.
