“Chinmay and I are undergraduate batch mates. We reconnected when our careers led us settle in Dallas, TX. After many brainstorming meetings, Intisca Technologies LLC was co-founded in September 2023 with a vision to create innovation in the automotive industry. We were able to establish business partnerships with two private entities (Refresh Digital and COACT) based in India to further our network. Refresh Digital is engaged in automotive functional safety while COACT is a pioneer in video streaming analytics in the cloud. In early 2024, we submitted an SBIR proposal to the US Department of Transportation outlining our initial idea. Based on the feedback we received, we submitted a pitch to the Yale Innovation Summit 2024 for which we have been shortlisted to present in the end of May. Currently, we are in the process of hiring summer interns and a project lead to start working on our initial prototype. Our greatest need right now is to establish connects within the automotive industry to mentor us in this process. We are also working with various sensor manufacturers and are looking to raise some seed money to procure the right kind of sensors and test equipment to build out our prototype.”
