Revenue Model

Fun on the Run Plus One generates revenue through a monthly subscription fee of $29.99 for users, $99 for vendors, and a $0.99 pay-per-use charge for premium features. Startup Journey

My startup journey began with a deep personal mission: to combat loneliness and isolation by fostering meaningful human
connections. After enduring life’s toughest trials—losing loved ones, facing legal battles, and navigating my children’s
health crises—I realized how critical support and connection are during moments of despair. These challenges ignited my
vision for FOTR, a platform that connects people instantly through shared activities, using predictive AI to assess mental
well-being and recommend mood-boosting experiences.
With no roadmap but an unshakable drive, I poured every ounce of faith and determination into building a platform that
not only connects people but heals them. Along the way, I partnered with institutions like the NIH to create *Victory*, a
white-label version of the app, and joined programs like the UTD Technical Capstone to refine the platform. Today, FOTR
is a testament to resilience, serving as a lifeline for those seeking connection and hope.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our go-to-market plan focuses on targeting college campuses, traveling professionals, and veterans through strategic
partnerships with universities, veteran organizations, and mental health advocacy groups. We’ll leverage digital
marketing, social media campaigns, and event sponsorships to drive awareness, while push alerts and referral programs incentivize rapid user acquisition and engagement.

Potential Exit

Potential exits include acquisition by mental health platforms, wellness tech companies, or social media giants seeking to expand their community-building capabilities. Likely acquirers include organizations like BetterHelp, Calm, or Meta, who prioritize innovative tools for combating loneliness, enhancing mental well-being, and fostering real-time, in-person connections through predictive technology.
