Revenue Model

Our revenue model is a B2B SAAS. Whereas the Business pays a subscription to gain access to our managerial tools and to participate in the community. The Employees get GAGE for free as a life-long career builder that transfers with them between jobs, and replaces their resume.

Startup Journey

I spent my 20s in the US Marine Corps infantry, serving in multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. After my honorable discharge in 2008, I used the GI Bill to pursue a business degree in college. While studying, I started two businesses, which launched my entrepreneurial career. Over the next 12 years, I opened over a dozen businesses, franchises, and restaurants, some of which I still own today. Within these ventures, I developed GAGE.

I realized that this generation seeks meaning and purpose, even in seemingly mundane jobs. They need engagement, recognition, and more than just a paycheck. My team and I spent years developing a system and algorithm to meet these needs. They loved it and encouraged me to share it with the world.

Go-to-Market Plan

Our hybrid model employs B2C tactics to target B2B accounts, leveraging GAGE’s social component for organic growth. We also use a sales strategy aimed at medium to large enterprises, targeting regional and national brands with a land-and-expand approach. We’re discussing pilot programs with several prominent national brands.

Potential Exit

A potential exit strategy for GAGE is acquisition by a major professional networking or HR tech company. Likely acquirers include LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Salesforce, aiming to integrate robust community engagement and social networking features into their platforms.
