Elevator Pitch
Click makes the real estate transaction SEAMLESS, stress free and simple for real estate agents. Having sold 6,500 homes as a team, we took our proven process for writting buyer offers and listing contracts to a next level experience. Buyer offers in 5 minutes. Listing Contracts in 3 minutes… and we aren’t stopping there. It will be a FULL transaction suite that has reporting built in and broker check processing, making it an option for fin-tech in the future. The goal would be to fund agents commissions when they go pending for 5% interest, giving Click a VERY nice upside!
We have a $49.00 per user model that incrementally goes down as user count goes up. The eventual goal would be to productize the Transaction Management/Compliance Suite as a product and Reporting as another product. Click will replace several technologies agents need in one package.
Startup Journey
We built a real estate team to 700 sales a year and in that process, we found a need for faster contract writtting. That started with a Google form, a PDF slicer, a DocuSign integration. Now, we have Click on AWS with 4 full-time developers and 3 sales people and a CSM. We are only in 1 state, Minnesota, but since starting to sell in April of 2024, we have grown to 810 users and 11,428 MRR(~14/user/avg). We just increase pricing and are seeing success selling at the higher price. We have our Looker Reporting tied to the app and Hubspot and have great data on all KPI’s. We are young in the journey, but have self-funded this to where we are today(1.45M invested, crazy, I know). We are looking for the right path to get to break-even and then to 5M in ARR within the next 24-36 months.
Go-To-Market Plan
We have amazing data on realtors that we sell to, so we outbound prospect to book demos. The demos convert fairly well and we shoot for larger teams with bigger tickets. We hav a lot of runway left in Minnesota, and then will move to Wisconsin.
Potential Exit
A sale to a strategic buyer is probably what would happen if we were in MN, WI, TX and FL. We plan to build a Follow Up Boss integration (owned by Zillow) which would make them look at us. Place.com is another that could be a buyer, or eXp.
