Revenue Model

Our revenue model is based on an annual subscription pricing structure, with tiered rates according to agency size, generating predictable, recurring revenues. Our approach allows agencies of various sizes to access our AI-driven tools while maintaining scalability as agencies expand their usage.

Startup Journey

I founded Bravo Foxtrot after years of serving as a Marine, Army veteran, and narcotics detective, where I saw firsthand the challenges law enforcement and our military face with outdated technology. Teaming up with my former Field Training Officer, Frank Esposito, and a talented group of public safety, military subject matter experts, and tech experts, we set out to the white space using AI-driven solutions tailored to first responder needs. Our concept gained validation through direct feedback from police departments (local and federal) and ranking military personnel who quickly endorsed our tool after seeing it in action. With partners like AWS and Avahi Tech, we’ve built our PoC and brought Route Scout to life, providing real-time vehicle recognition, predictive analysis, and streamlined interagency collaboration. Our most significant need is additional funding and mentorship to expand our technology and make a broader impact across the law enforcement and military community.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our go-to-market plan focuses on direct sales to first responders through targeted demos, industry events, and strategic partnerships. We’ll showcase our solutions’ effectiveness by leveraging endorsements from early adopters. We also plan to expand through reseller networks (Motorola, Flock, Axon) and partnerships that support LE/Military technology adoption nationwide.

Potential Exit

Our potential exits include acquisition by a large technology firm or defense contractor focused on public safety, security, or AI. Likely acquirers include companies like Motorola Solutions, Axon, or Palantir, who could integrate our unique AI-driven law enforcement tools into their broader suite, enhancing data intelligence and field capabilities.
