Our revenue model includes a base monthly subscription for core features, premium upgrades for advanced analytics and marketing, ad-hoc marketing volume purchases, a multi-location management package, and a low per-guest transaction fee to ensure scalable, tailored pricing for restaurants of all sizes.

Startup Journey

I’m passionate about helping small restaurants succeed in an increasingly digital world. I started this business after seeing how small restaurant owners struggled to build and maintain relationships with guests. Today, restaurants need at least 2-3 different tools to manage the front end, only to discover that they still do not know who their customers are and what they like.


We’ve validated our idea by speaking directly with several restaurant owners, identifying their pain points, and learning the tools currently used to manage guests, build loyalty, and grow. Early surveys confirmed strong interest in features like guest management, personalized marketing, and advanced insights.


To execute, we’re developing a POS system with a core feature set and have secured initial interest from restaurant owners willing to trial the platform. 


Our greatest need is funding to complete product development, support marketing efforts, and build a sales team to market this solution effectively.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our go-to-market plan focuses on direct sales to small independent and multi-location restaurants, partnerships with industry associations, and POS resellers. We’ll leverage targeted digital marketing, restaurant trade shows, and referral programs to build awareness and drive adoption, supported by a scalable onboarding process to ensure customer success.

Potential Exit

Our most likely exit would be an acquisition by a major POS provider, restaurant tech company, or payment processor. Companies like Square, Toast, or OpenTable would benefit from adding our guest-focused tools, marketing, and analytics to their platforms to serve restaurants better and grow their market presence.
